Connecting Washington to the World

In 1999 BCAW used proceeds from the dissolution of the PNCAA to start a scholarship program for the children of cable company employees. We named the scholarship in honor of a long time cable professional Bill Lawson, who passed away prematurely that year. Each spring we invite the dependents of cable company employees to apply for the Bill Lawson Scholarship. All applications are judged on completeness and merit. The amount of the award is $3,000.00.
